Our Orchid package is simply perfect for a maui wedding with your friends and family. All the must have’s without the fuss, intimate to outrageous this package offers you “like your union” a good start and finish to your special day. Each Location and event is unique, requiring different set up and design. Pricing may vary with location, reception design, number of guests Locations are not included in package pricing. Additional design, decor and services are available.

Package Includes:

•Palm Arch: bamboo arch with palm leave accent and 4 white orchid tiered lei’s.

•12 Tiki torches

•2 strands of Maui Moon ( Chinese lanturns)

•Tiered glass cylinder center pieces with floating candle, black river rock, orchids and votives around base.

•Reception table, 3 Round tables with white linens

•20 white chairs

•Place settings: linen napkins, china, glassware and silverware.

•Labor service: 1 onsite chef, 4 professional servers for 8 hours maximum. Over time will be charge on a hourly fee per server needed.

•Basic Bar set up: (1 Bartender, 2 Tables with white linens, Ice, Ice Chest, Glasses (rock, champagne, wine, punch) Garnishing Fruit (Lemons, Limes, Pineapple) and Bottled Water.

•3 Cocktail tables with white linens, tied at the bottom with ribbon and votive with candles

•Cake table with white linen, champagne flute’s and decorative cake serving setting .

•Traditional Hawaiian Officiant

•Assistance in obtaining a Marriage License.

•Tradition Maile Lei for groom

•White Orchid tuba lei for the Bride

Morning Ceremonies Only ,3 hour maximum, 10 Guests maximum.
